No. ScanMe menus open instantly in any mobile browser — iPhone, Android, and in-app browsers like Instagram and Facebook. Customers simply point their camera at the restaurant QR code.

Allergen and dietary answers always come from information the restaurant has explicitly confirmed — never from AI guesses. If the restaurant has not confirmed something, ScanMe says so and tells the customer to check with staff.

A restaurant group that wants QR menus while keeping waiter-led ordering can add unlimited Starter branch seats for Rs 900 per month or Rs 9,000 per year each. Growth includes three branches and adds table ordering, Smart waiter and table service; extra Growth branches are Rs 1,500 per month or Rs 15,000 per year each. Multi-location includes five branches, with additional branches at Rs 1,200 per month or Rs 12,000 per year each.

ScanMe Starter is Rs 1,900 per month or Rs 19,000 per year for one branch; extra Starter branches are Rs 900 per month or Rs 9,000 per year each. Growth is Rs 3,900 per month or Rs 39,000 per year and includes three branches plus table ordering and service; additional Growth branches are Rs 1,500 per month or Rs 15,000 per year each. Multi-location starts at Rs 7,900 per month or Rs 79,000 per year and includes five branches; additional branches are Rs 1,200 per month or Rs 12,000 per year each.

Every ScanMe plan includes unlimited customer scans with no per-scan charge. Table ordering is included with Growth and Multi-location, and ScanMe takes no commission on those orders. The subscription covers secure hosting, menu updates and the features listed for the selected plan.

Yes. Choose annual billing to make one prepaid payment for the full year and receive twelve months for the price of ten. There is also a one-time Rs 14,900 launch offer for one Starter branch: it saves Rs 4,100 versus Starter yearly and includes the first twelve months, menu digitisation and branded setup at no extra charge. It renews at Rs 19,000 per year after that. ScanMe does not offer a lifetime plan because secure hosting, maintenance, analytics and AI services have ongoing operating costs.

Monthly plans can be changed or cancelled before the next renewal. Annual plans run for the prepaid twelve-month term. Multi-location restaurants can add branches as they grow, and groups with 25 or more branches can request enterprise pricing.
